Foothills District (1)
The 1971 Annual Banquet program lists a Foothills District, but
later publications do not refer to it. It likely merged with another
district in the early 1970's.

The second Foothills District was formed in 1997 from a portion of the Green
River district. Today, Foothills includes the
cities of Algona, Auburn, Black Diamond, Covington, Maple Valley, and Pacific.
