This district began in 1961, when the Kitsap District was
split more or less in half, geographically. This district served
Olympic Area Council Scouts living in the northern part of Kitsap County

This district was located at the north end of Lake
Washington. According to the troop numbering system of the time -
the 1930's - it would have served troops with numbers in the 300 range,
the Seattle suburbs.
